Taking so long... maybe the fundraiser for the next upgrade should start now
Not taking any longer than had originally been planned, money will be committed by the end of this year, and we break ground next March, that has been the plan all along..............
I hear we are very close.

Outside of FU Hoopla nothing but crickets,
Not crickets at all, JD already stated less than a month ago that everything is on track ;)

Hopefully the fundraising is going well. For a long time we were told the process was going good when I’m reality it was taking forever.
Without going the corporate route raising $40 million dollars through private funding is no small task........
Nothing to worry about, we already know what the timeline is, everything going accordingly ;)

With the UVA win now is as a good as time to get the ball rolling closer and closer to the finish line. I am optimistic but the fact that they still are needing money after a big tournament win is concerning to say the least

It seems like they might not be on track to get all the money unfortunately. Same old Timmons it is

What makes you say that?

I can guarantee it's going ahead as planned ;)
2025-2026 season will be played in fully renovated Timmons :D

From what I have heard they are a couple million short of the goal....

I guess the Timmons now will build character in the mean time
A couple million, with 3 and half months until the new year (which is the timeline to finish raising $40 million)

The Myrtle Beach Invitational Championship national TV games and title trophy will certainly help :D

About Us

GoPaladins.com is the latest iteration of The Unofficial Furman Football Page. Launched in August of 1996, The UFFP welcomes fans of all FCS football teams - and fans of the more inferior sports, too - for discussion, cameraderie, and even the occasional smack talk.

For example, Furman has nearly twice as many Southern Conference football championships as the next best SoCon member, and over three times as many as The Citadel....which is why they must carry our luggage
