Game 1: Furman up 8-2 in 7th.

Tried to watch SoCon Digital Network on iPhone and apparently doesn't work? Or is it just me? Can't remember having this problem before but I can't remember if I was trying to watch on iPhone or not.

I cannot watch it on my phone or iPad. I could do so last year. I sent a message to SoCon Sports about this issue.

Thanks. Let us know if you hear back. Laptop is working fine but no iphone. Something to do with flash media player evidently, but like you I don’t remember any such issues last year.

Not sure anyone can have a better weekend than a Jake Crawford.

7-9 with a HR, 3 RBI and 5 runs scored at the plate and 4.0 IP with 8 SO and 1 ER given up.

Nice start to the season. Now comes a really tough stretch. Next 5 games: at Clempson, at NC State(3games), at SC. Like the way Harker schedules.

I too really liked the schedule. Benefit from playing some tough opponents, spend most of March at home except for a road series against one of the historically strong “mid major” programs.

Flour Field has been a nice addition too. Allows Furman to schedule some impressive “home” games and generate interest.

Good start to the season for the Yard Knights. I echo the "likes" for having some out-of-conference games at Fluor Field. My parents (diehard South Carolina fans, especially in baseball) want to come for the Furman/SC game in large part because they really like Fluor Field. Any time Furman athletics can make that connection to downtown Greenville is a win for everyone in my book.
