I never would have dreamed that after a bye week that we would have played as poorly as we did today. Fortunately, it did not come back to bite us in the ass. One thing for certain…..
If we play like we did today against Sammy, Western or UTC, we will lose to all of them.
The team best wake up and come to play every day ( unlike today), or the season could get ugly!!
We will not play a team the rest of the season that will be as bad as the Citadel. It was therefore a missed opportunity that our backup QB did not get to play. This hurts us for next year.
Anytime you can not play well and win, I will take it, but I am concerned with our performance today against a much inferior opponent.
