Had a dog named CC one time…but that stood for Cotton Candy … so probably not the same…

…but CC’s Mom’s AKC name was Pekay’s Meet me at the Belltower AKA “Belle” (also FUBeAR’s dog) … and Belle’s parents were called “Paladin” and “Star” (not FUBeAR’s dogs…really) … so there could be some connection.
