4.3 secs when shot clock stopped. Ball was imbounded, player turned and took step and still 4.3. Shot left hand around .5 left. Slow clock operator probably cuased .5 to be left in clock
No more than 1 or 2 tenths (human reaction time) after he caught ball & he released final shot with 5 tenths left. Outcome not affected by clock operator.

A foul would have been hazardous. Jean-Baptiste, being quite the veteran of these wars, would've tried to get off something akin to a shot no matter where he was fouled. That would have been 3 shots. Foster, a fine defender, was on him and did all he could, given the above, so he stood up straight and tried to get a hand up to distract as best he could.
