The band is seeking alumni to fill the need.
Where does Furman Alumnus FUBeAR sign up?

That's one of my oldest one-liners: the PC fight song sounds the same on kazoos as with a pep band. It's so old they don't have a pep band or a men's basketball victory this year. -- MD

NGU is partnering up with Furman to go to the tournament, officially. Surprisingly, there will be a keyboard there.

Makes sense. I hear an NGU alumnus is making good as a Furman coach.

Awesome. Can you imagine being one of NGU students, having your way paid to the NCAA basketball tournament, the granddaddy of all sporting events?

probably depends somewhat on where we play.if we go to greensboro, then yes we could have a band.las vegas?probably not.
It sounds like a done deal. NGU will represent us no matter the location. The NCAA pays for all expenses for the players, cheerleaders, pep bands, etc.

100% the bands for all schools travel everywhere for the NCAA tourney, honestly don't remember ever seeing a school not have a band in recent memory since the tournament has gotten so huge................

Wondering if the NGU pep band will be at the party this Sunday?
Might as well invite them, let them play with our current band, good stuff!

GoPaladins.com is the latest iteration of The Unofficial Furman Football Page. Launched in August of 1996, The UFFP welcomes fans of all FCS football teams - and fans of the more inferior sports, too - for discussion, cameraderie, and even the occasional smack talk.

For example, Furman has nearly twice as many Southern Conference football championships as the next best SoCon member, and over three times as many as The Citadel....which is why they must carry our luggage
