Wasn’t able to watch the game, but stats seem to indicate that Ohio just wouldn’t let Lt. Huff, or the Gamecocks overall, run the ball. And, they sacked him 4x. Nice day thru the air for him though.

Kind of a shame his career has to end with a loss, but FUBeAR bets that if you asked 18 year old Tyler Huff coming out of Ridgeview HS in Orange Park, FL, headed to Presbyterian College with no Football scholarship, to imagine and describe the perfect College Football career for himself, he wouldn’t have even come within a galaxy of predicting his many, many individual accomplishments, or those to which he led 2 (other) D1 Football Teams.

Congrats on an amazing College Football career Lt. Huff!!

“I think we’re significantly better than we were in the fall,” head coach Clay Hendrix said to radio voice Dan Scott. “We’ll find that out in the fall. You talk about last year, and you own it, you learn from it and you move on."

About Us

GoPaladins.com is the latest iteration of The Unofficial Furman Football Page. Launched in August of 1996, The UFFP welcomes fans of all FCS football teams - and fans of the more inferior sports, too - for discussion, cameraderie, and even the occasional smack talk.

For example, Furman has nearly twice as many Southern Conference football championships as the next best SoCon member, and over three times as many as The Citadel....which is why they must carry our luggage
