I'm guessing on Johanning that they liked him, he had an injury that was going to keep him out a while, and they released him with the intention of adding him back to the IR before the season. I assume this is essentially stashing him on the roster until he's healthy, maybe next year.
Ryan Miller to Bucs practice squad again. Could be elevated as they currently only have 5 actve WR’s. Some teams have 7. Could not find anything on the Raiders and JJ.
Mason Pline now on listed on the 49’ers practice squad.
