It looks like the roster has some updates on weights.
Our size kinda sneaks up on you.
Offense:
Our skill positions are a blend of some damn good sizes with athletic ability: speed guys like Hinton, Hester, and Hall - I just noticed they all have last names with an H. Then you have some impressive sizes J Harris, E Harris, Holbrook, Hamilton: 6-2 — 6-4.
Center: Luna 6-3 290, Lamb 6-2 285, Westerman 6-2 272, Salano 6-2 285.
OT: Hundley 6-3 287, Brasher 6-4 288, Balliew 6-5 288, Akinsola 6-5 285, Gregorek 6-4 275 ( the youngsters are gonna be some big fellas for the next several years. I guess AKinsola or Gregorek could earn a slot in the top four.
OG: Petit 6-3 285, Lamb 6-2 285, Wilson 6-4 288, Elliott 6-4 295, O'Dell 6-7 302, Garner 6-5 292, Gagnon 6-3 266. The core four Petit, Lamb, WIlson, O'Dell.
Back to the defense.:
Defensive End J Jackson 6-0 272, Stoneking 6-3 260, Dobbins 6-3 243, Rush 6-0 233.
Bandit (with Maier out): Clark 6-3 253, Chiedo 6-2 239, Schuck 6-3 233, Short 6-3 228.
DBs and Safeties are a bit longer than in past years: 5-11 — 6-2.
ILB, there is lots to like here: DiMaggio 6-3 234, Achina 6-1 212, Herbert 6-2 224, and Earl 6-2 228 are the top four. Plane, McLaughlin, and Barrett are backups.
Looking over the DT and NG position. I'm excited to see what havoc a more athletic D-line can cause.
DT is layered with what I think will be an uptick in speed and deceptive strength: Harrison 6-1 274, Bussey 6-3 286, Kauserud 6-4 285, Baldwin 6-1 272.
NG, we have a good one in X 6-3 297. I think we will see all three of these guys in the Furman rotation: Dudek 6-3 277, Hernández 6-4 307, and Knauber 6-1 290.
