That is a big margin for Ole Miss. Way way back in yesteryear Memphis State was a 40 point favorite against Furman.........and lost.

That line on the South Dakota State game is interesting. Ok State is a top 20 team.

If I'm Oklahoma State, trying to get a bid to an expanded playoff, I'm having a discussion with my athletic director about scheduling South Dakota State.

I would be fine with a 43 point margin.
I will not be surprised if it is closer to “2x43=86” than to 43,
therefore a 65-point margin which would be better than Mercer’s 66-point margin of exactly 1 year ago.
… Just play football, live another day to come home and play football the next week & the next & the next & the next & the next, etc.
… and if some miracle were to occur (ha ha) and we beat Ole Miss or played them to a close point margin, or if we lose by 110 points, remember that Ole Miss is the LEAST important game on our schedule.
