Mercer Head Coach
Interesting in that his offenses at Mercer never produced as I expected they would.
First, good luck to him. Seems everyone thinks highly of him.
Second, this tracks with Cronic's record to this point. He strikes me as a guy trying to climb the ladder and for the last 10 or so years, he has not stayed in one place very long.
Third, this probably isn't great timing for Mercer. It's at least a little unique to have your head coach depart unexpectedly at this point in the season.
The academies offenses want to be different and his college wing T is that. I am sure that is why they wanted him, to build a version of that for Navy. Only my 2 cents worth.
