1st no way that shot was off in time. If they can review the clock on one end should be able to review clock after that

4) you never foul in that situation you would never in a million years find a team trying to foul up 3 with .8 seconds left. The player is immediately shooting the ball so very hard to foul before he’s in the act of shooting. The chances of connecting on a pass that far down the court getting the shot up and making it are much less likely than risking fouling and him being in the ask of shooting
