FUBeAR counts 11 segments … 1 for each Football Player on the field at a time for the Team.

PERFECT!

We're talking about taking a piece of a protected animal into North Carolina.

You legally can't have bird feathers because of the migratory bird act even though you could of just picked them up off the ground as there is no way to verify how you got them.

/I've also seen the same logic applied to Endangered species poop.

//Irrelevant because there is no way said law would be enforced.

Good. So now we have the rattlesnake rattler (which died at the hands of Bootie, PHIC). That's a good start.

Thorny makes mention of these magical feathers from migratory birds to be picked up off the ground. We certainly could use those. He also mentions endangered species poop, which I don't know a specific use for, but no one can argue a bucket of that wouldn't be good to have around. I've got some ideas.

The rest of you boys and girls need to start brewing up some powerful mojo to battle the evil spirits up there in Cullowhee. Because...

There is a "little people" tunnel right under the WCU stadium. It goes from the west stands under the field, under the homes stands, across Forest Hills Road, and at least as far as St. David's Episcopal Church. This is well researched and extraordinarily documented by anthropologist and historian Mary Joyce. There's no way the Paladins can win this game unless we face this tunnel issue head on.

Rattlesnakes are protected in North Carolina.
Irrelevant. This one is:
a) already dead
b) not from NC.

:D
Bootie, wasn’t it you(?) with those first down bottles full of coins to make noise a few years back? If so, please get that going again. I swear FU people don’t know to be loud on third down and crap

FUBeAR has several friends in the IDF. They’re pretty busy right now, but they have extensive tunnel training and some (limited) real-world experience. These guys are big Paladin Fans and we can probably get them on a plane tomorrow so they could be here before kickoff…if you think that would help, Tex. Let FUBeAR know ASAP. They’re gonna have to leave right after the game though. Said they had some plans @ 0100 Monday.

It is the Paladin Martini of which you speak. It was simple construction consisting of a plastic drink bottle with whatever noisemakers or voodoo charms you wanted to insert inside. BBs worked well. But in a pinch and without much else, buy a bottle of water at concessions, consume the contents, and put a few coins or rocks inside. If you are without coins or rocks, knock the remaining teeth from your WCU neighbor in the stands and use those. As James Bond knew all too well, it is best served "shaken, not stirred."

Good work, men.

FUBear, those friends from the IDF are a good idea. They will certainly see how our issue with the troglodytes in Cullowhee is more pressing than that little dust-up in the Middle East. Also, keep handy those two shades of purple you most excellently researched. They are of no use whatsoever, but they sure are confusing.

No one enter the tunnels. Not even Bootie. Yeah, he's the ultimate warrior and can physically do anything, but its not safe. We have to be realistic about these things. Better to wait on the IDF.

I called Doc, who as the old time UFFPers may recall is an expert at closing evil portals and was largely responsible for the 2006 win at Richmond, and he is busy brewing up something down in Florida.

I hate to be a "negative nancy" but we are going to lose this game if you guys don't start throwing some powerful mojo. Chuck that mojo early and often. Chuck it like we did that dead duck into Judson Hall in 1980.

All arranged. Team of 3 with all necessary tunnel clearing devices and munitions dropping in tonight. LZ near Burningtown Gap on Ben Creek in the Nantahala Forest. They will commandeer vehicles in Cowee and rendezvous with Bootie’s strike Team in the AM. No need to discuss logistics, they previously embedded a bio-transponder in Bootie just in case this kind of situation ever arose.

Good Luck Ladies! The Paladins are counting on you!!

Such a lame thread for a program that needs as many people as possible, often with different views and personalities, supporting the team, You’re basically saying, fans with ANY critical views don’t belong here. People on this board process frustration differently, with various levels of scrutiny and realism. Is it best to have nothing but praise? sure….but that’s just dumb, especially this year where we have a ways to go to justify our lofty ranking.

It should be noted the criticism on here is tame and generally, if not exclusively, team or coach focused…..not player oriented. So…like…..chill.
Sorry - FUBeAR is confused by your post.

Which color of purple do you actually prefer?

WCU's feminine lilac version or Furman's rich royal version?

Maybe this will help you decide...

Don’t ever try to tell FUBeAR that this message board is not WIDELY read by everyone involved in Furman Athletics…
