Vegas has FU as a 12 point favorite on the road. Don't think we cover that but I will be happy with just a W.
1.Should be "twelve-point favorite". A compound adjective requires a hyphen. Lack of proper punctuation is a peeve of mine.
2. Requires future tense: "we will cover'. Use of the wrong tense is a peeve of mine.
2. Never use just a pronoun (Thank you, Dr. Stewart); "cover
that" instead should be "cover
that point spread" or better yet, "Don't think we will cover". Use as many words as necessary, but not one more. Using more words than is necessary is a peeve of mine.
