If I had to take a guess, I would say something like:

PG: JP Pegues
SG: PJay Smith
SF: Marcus Foster
PF: Alex Williams (he's short, but he has the physicality of a forward)
C: Garrett Hien

Bench, in order of minutes played: Ben VanderWal, Carter Whitt, Tyrese Hughey, James Lee Repass, Davis Molnar, one of the freshmen

Could be about right.
I remember at Wofftard this past year when Hien, Slawson, Hughey all fouled out Williams played the 5 and had enough size to hold down the fort, so maybe he can be a 4 successfully, certainly alot of 4's will have a hard time to defend him.

Then again I could see us favoring having a bigger lineup, with Pegues, Foster, Willimas, Vanderwal, Hien starting and Smith being first player off the bench for instant offense.

When do they play the white / purple game?
We probably will not know until sometime in October. Last year, the team had its inaugural Hoops Knight on November 3. There was also another scrimmage open to season ticket holders that was a couple of weeks before Hoops Knight.

GoPaladins.com is the latest iteration of The Unofficial Furman Football Page. Launched in August of 1996, The UFFP welcomes fans of all FCS football teams - and fans of the more inferior sports, too - for discussion, cameraderie, and even the occasional smack talk.

For example, Furman has nearly twice as many Southern Conference football championships as the next best SoCon member, and over three times as many as The Citadel....which is why they must carry our luggage
