Seems we might be focusing on finding a guard that can help us immediately next season.

Also might suggest we are expecting Lawrence to be healthy..................

Saw a forward heard from us as well…EJ Jarvis from Yale. If we can get a good girthy big man and maybe Eddrin Bronson is able to contribute at guard that would be sweet.

Javon Bennett also was 2nd in the country in steals or would have been if the NCAA counted stats from teams still transitioning to D1 status.
Kennedy is leaving as a grad transfer and probably wants a shot at the tournament and Loyola appears to be in a rebuilding phase after their switch to the A10. He has also heard from Purdue and Richmond.

Need 7’1 275 lbs who can handle the ball like Dick Esleek and shoot the 3 like stephon curry.

If Lawrence is able to play not sure he will be much help in the front court. The little time he has played his impact was from the 3. Now if he could get healthy put on some bulk, it could be a different story.

Lawrence is Probly not going to bulk up. I may be wrong but I feel like his injury was a back injury. He’s a hit a three and have a rebound come to him type . I think if he can hit two threes in a game it would be great!

McGhie began his career at Western Carolina during the 20-21 season, where he averaged about 2 ppg and 10 minutes per game. His season high was 9 points and 31 minutes played, in their home game against the Paladins. Very successful at the D2 level as a three point shooting specialist.

About Us

GoPaladins.com is the latest iteration of The Unofficial Furman Football Page. Launched in August of 1996, The UFFP welcomes fans of all FCS football teams - and fans of the more inferior sports, too - for discussion, cameraderie, and even the occasional smack talk.

For example, Furman has nearly twice as many Southern Conference football championships as the next best SoCon member, and over three times as many as The Citadel....which is why they must carry our luggage
