That was the worst foul call of the tournament, and there have been a lot of bad ones. Absolutely a travesty.
They’re playing tougher.
Like I said in the other thread about Asheville. You cannot let up at all, especially in tournament games. Now it is all about free throws, where we have struggled.
WCU was dead in the water and missed free throws and stupid plays gave them life and now they will be hard to beat now.
That was not.a foul on Slawson. That said, this turn of events is on us, not on the refs. Give credit too to Western for recognizing that we had slowed down the pace, and we looked tired.
