As someone mentioned on another thread, most predictors have Samford getting the AQ now. A convincing win tomorrow should change that.

Came across this article which has me intrigued but it's barely a teaser. Can anyone with a NYT or Athletic subscription give us the skinny on Furman's math dept connection to the Athletic's predictors? https://www.furman.edu/news/2023/02/17/ ... -in-march/

Those sites are not predicting they are simply placing Samford in as they should because currently they are in first place. A one point win tomorrow will change it. When FU was in first they were in everyones bracket.

GoPaladins.com is the latest iteration of The Unofficial Furman Football Page. Launched in August of 1996, The UFFP welcomes fans of all FCS football teams - and fans of the more inferior sports, too - for discussion, cameraderie, and even the occasional smack talk.

For example, Furman has nearly twice as many Southern Conference football championships as the next best SoCon member, and over three times as many as The Citadel....which is why they must carry our luggage
