I remember watching a replay last year that was on the CBS Sports NW. I forget which one.

I thought we played OK, maybe B? Good enough. The game was never in doubt. Pegues and Alex did well. I thought we dominated the game and yet only won by 13. I think we could have won by 20 easily. A comfortable game to watch as a fan after going up 17-3.

Attendance was 6,199 so a new record at the Well, if you don’t count the couple of games with Clempson back in the day. ESPN was still showing the game at Timmons so I guess they are wondering how they got 6,200 peeps in a 2,500 seat arena, lol. FU covered the spread but almost didn’t when they fouled 3 point shooters twice in the last 2 minutes.

For the semifinals of the 2000 SoCon Tournament, I believe it may have crossed 10,000 when we played App State and Wofford played Charleston.
