LAST SEASON VS. THIS SEASON THRU 15 GAMES
The Paladins have experienced a little deja vu through 15 games as their start to the season has nearly mirrored last season’s first 15 games. This year’s squad has posted a better record, higher scoring average, better shooting percentage, and posted significantly better rebounding and turover margins than the 2021-22 team. Furman’s biggest struggles have come in replicating last season’s 38.9% behind the arc, as well as, defending the three-point shot. Much like last season when the Paladins fell at VMI, Furman suffered a road loss (WCU) in its second SoCon outing.
