Against Western the Paladin bench scored a combined 2 points while WCU's was scoring 19. Unexpected loss. Tonight we get 39 from the bench and win easily. Funny how that works.

The biggest uncertainty for this year's team has been the erratic contribution from the bench. Foster goes for 20 while knocking down a flurry of threes against VMI then goes ofer the next game. Williams comes in big against SCState and has 19 tonight but vanishes in other games. Hien has improved his numbers but is still a bit inconsistent. The story for this year will be determined by whether we can start getting more consistency from the guys not named Bothwell or Slawson.
