Haven't seen any of their games but SFA appears to be a small-ball, three point shooting team. They are only playing one guy over 6'5" - 6'9" 220 Nana Antwi-Boasiako , who is averaging about 9 pts and 6 rebs. All of their guys are hitting over 33% from behind the arc, and a couple are hitting 50%. They are hitting over 40% of their threes as a team, the Paladins about 34% They average 17 turnovers per game, the Paladins average 13. Both teams need to improve over their last game. SFA had 28 TOs and we had 20. Furman has a small advantage in overall FG%, rebounds, assists and blocked shots, SFA has a small advantage in steals.

About Us

GoPaladins.com is the latest iteration of The Unofficial Furman Football Page. Launched in August of 1996, The UFFP welcomes fans of all FCS football teams - and fans of the more inferior sports, too - for discussion, cameraderie, and even the occasional smack talk.

For example, Furman has nearly twice as many Southern Conference football championships as the next best SoCon member, and over three times as many as The Citadel....which is why they must carry our luggage
