First, the "maybe" leaked pictures were great. SD thinks its the best that can be done with the current building. Basically its removing a practice court and following the outer skin of the building. It will add box seats and an entertainment area. With two practice courts and a very nice arena looking entrance

SD thinks they need to add the pracitice courts first becuase once they start construction it will eliminate the courts inside

Based on the $3M for the offices... SD estimates

Building exterior, entrance, road, etc - $5M
Practice court area- $5M
Inside building - $10M

Hopefully the new ask for the AD will give us some answers regarding the picture and the fundraising so far. Hopeful that this project can finally get off and going soon. It's time!!!!!

Not to get my hopes up but just the fact that the pictures were on the architects' website to me is a very good sign

It is funny that the architect got upset about the pictures, when they were on their website and on Google. I saved the pictures to my photos. It will be interesting to see how close the final product is to what we all saw in those pictures.

SD thinks it wasnt the architect but the FU UFFP police. Prior to official announcment, trustee approval, big bang publicity effect... that sort of thing

We going to have one of the best venues in Mid-Major hoops!

I think it is great. If followed through, it will be a much needed boost to the atmosphere and I would imagine louder.

With that said,

The retractable roof makes sense. I will say, even if they don’t include the wrap around 4K drop down screens, it will still be a good upgrade. However, I think the ice rink was maybe premature, but will be needed when we add women’s hockey.

For me the best part is that its directly attached to a 5 star resort, gameday's will be spent living in total luxury
