I’ve already forgotten about the first 2 games. Destroying the shamecocks made my weekend.

CBR brought some perspective to the ODU loss on today’s pregame show. Yes, he agreed we lacked defensive intensity, but without using the word “luck” he said a high-percentage 3 of ours that rattles out, followed by a low-percentage 3 of theirs that falls-in is “a 6-point swing” right there. “And that’s basketball” he added.

I sensed his focus was to not let a game get so far away that luck (or refs) plays a part in the ultimate decision. The Paladins leave Charleston having made a definitive statement.

Hien should NEVER start another game for us - cause he came off the bench like a Beast.

Loved starting Ben and Tyrese. Hein and Foster both have been good coming off the bench. USC has a lot of talent so we have to hold our lead and win. Great first half for FU.

Slight correction, SC has one highly paid recruit that is good. The rest, not so much.

Typically it’s all NFL action on SVP’s Sunday SportsCenter; nevertheless Im hopeful for a nod to the beat-down in Charleston. Would make a nice cherry on top.

My biggest take-away is that USC is not very good.

We played more relaxed. Shooting 51 % and 44 % was much improved.

Hien had a great game after two suboptimal games. I think his 3 point shooting could really help us this year.

Thrilled to beat USC but again after watching all 3 of their games this weekend, they just don’t seem very good. This win should help our confidence moving forward.

it is a big deal for me too, especially since they are afraid to play us. Also, their fans make me sick. They are giving us no credit on their fan forums. To add to my pleasure, they beat another team that is scared to play us too. Go Paladins!

IMHO I think so … the losses were exciting and closely contested. And we blew out a P5.
