Progress in both Coaches and STATS - and they do matter some. If you are top 20 you are pretty much a lock... but those aren't too good as predicting who the committee selects

the AGS poll (23rd?) and http://www.nobowls.com/ are the two best predictors - no bowls has us first team out 'if the season ended today' - his whole thing is prediction of teams to get selected. Sounds like he thinks a win v Mercer probably puts us in the field as we are the first team out as it stands today.
