Totally agree on the Wofford. They lost 17 straight. Now have won 3 out of 4. Celebrate. Than focus Monday

If Mercer beats Samford next weekend, it'll be a shared title with a win over Wofford.

The good news today is that even if Furman loses to Wofford, we'll hold the tie breaker over Mercer and UTC, who already have two SoCon losses. So, I think we're about guaranteed at least 2nd.

Not sure what secondary coverage we were in on 3rd and 7 that lets their best player get behind us?

Yeah. That was a little disappointing. I think it was our most experienced DB too. Blackshear. Letting their best receiver and biggest threat (#1) get BEHIND you for 40 yards. Really? We still have an issue with that.

D played great but I mean you KNOW score and time. That was the ONLY thing you couldn’t let happen. Heck give him a 15 yard catch. Just not a 40. Which led to their last TD. Which is the only thing that coulda kept them in the game.

Great job denying the two pt conversion. That was HUGE

I admit I only saw most of first half and a good bit of fourth quarter but we did seem bad at converting 3rd/ 4th downs in first half during that portion. . I see Paul C posted same about 4th downs. The first EIGHT third (6 tries) and fourth downs (two tries) combined that we tried I think we converted 2.

Anyway.

GREAT WIN. Again I’m going to be a little ignorant. I only saw bits and pieces.

2 question
1). Did I hear we had 4 sacks?
2). Were there any injuris ? I saw Wyatt Hughes leave game. Was he able to return?
Did Chizik return??? Hope he’s ok. That was a rough hit. Any others get hurt??

actually we had 5 sacks.kudos to defense.they stepped up big time.disappointed in our lack of ability to stay on the fieldwith 3rd and 4th down conversions.i thought we would run the ball better.i think we threw it much better in the 2nd half and ran it some better.big momentum shift late in the half with td followed by blocked fg.

I wonder if the camera was being controlled from someone sitting in their bedroom? Seriously, there could not have been any human camera operators at the game. If so, they were high or drunk.

Amazing how much better the picture quality is on espn+ vs. channel 62.

We have been watching on espn+ the entire time, but when they zoom out, I can't tell what is happening on the field.
