The key vs last year is can our O score 25+in every game, consistently. Had we done that last year we woulda been 7-4 or 8-3 ish. Hope the defense is as good as last year, don't quite know yet with the mismatch compettion but Clemson gives me hope! I will concede NC State and WCU last year as they both hung 40+ on our good D. You do that, you deserve to win. SCoring in the 30s we woulda been 9-2. Same 2 losses.

FUrman score score !!!

We lost a few games last season we could have/should have won. We also won a few games we very likely could have lost.

Every game isn't going to be perfect, but I think fans are encouraged seeing what looks like the ability to move the football and score in creative ways.

The defense has been solid for a while. Not overwhelming, but solid. We can be better.

No science to this, but we're roughly 24 hours from kickoff and the Furman thread on ETSU has three posts.

Bucs fans know what they're in for.

I think my biggest concern is being on the road.

Biggest SoCon upsets?

KSU losing at Sammy
Etsu losing at Citadel

I so wish this were at home

Timing was off on passes, but Miller was wide open on the opening pass and Huff easily sidestepped their pass rush.

Got three off a turnover, so that's a positive.

Good law. Worst coverage I’ve seen. All year- no defending that shit, just horrible - hope we recover and don’t come to regret that

About Us

GoPaladins.com is the latest iteration of The Unofficial Furman Football Page. Launched in August of 1996, The UFFP welcomes fans of all FCS football teams - and fans of the more inferior sports, too - for discussion, cameraderie, and even the occasional smack talk.

For example, Furman has nearly twice as many Southern Conference football championships as the next best SoCon member, and over three times as many as The Citadel....which is why they must carry our luggage
