Never thought I would see that day come, but it is here and it is beautiful to see those guys tuck their tails and run from us!

"I say its great, to be, a Furman Paladin!"

Normally I'd give a "like" to your post, but I'd much rather see them play us than run from us!

I agree, but this is me turning a negative into a positive, 10 years ago could you have ever imagined Power schools being scared to play us?

I keep hearng this but not so sure I am totally buying it. Yes SC and CU want no part of FU but not sure about the others. We did play UNC, Miss. St and Louisville this past season in addition to Belmont. Have to wait and see what kind of schedule CBR and crew can come up with this coming season. Of course we prolly won’t know until October.

Yes and teams now know we beat Louisville, should have been in NCAA's out of the SoCon and return 2 potential SoCon player of the year candidates, they are afraid, they are very afraid!

So, you don’t believe what Coach Richey has said about scheduling?

No I really do believe its tough to schedule P6 teams as most P6 big boys just need to schedule 10 easy wins and then go 8-10 in their league to get an auto bid so yes it is tough.

About Us

GoPaladins.com is the latest iteration of The Unofficial Furman Football Page. Launched in August of 1996, The UFFP welcomes fans of all FCS football teams - and fans of the more inferior sports, too - for discussion, cameraderie, and even the occasional smack talk.

For example, Furman has nearly twice as many Southern Conference football championships as the next best SoCon member, and over three times as many as The Citadel....which is why they must carry our luggage

GoPaladins.com is not affiliated with Furman University or its athletics programs.
