WE HAVE A TRANSFER
He's the second transfer that's been announced on twitter, but first by Furman press release.

I think this is a good pickup for Furman.

Thinking out loud here . . .
Furman graduated 3 defensive lineman (Stokes, Lewis, Lawrence) and 2 OLB, who were our best pass rushers (Hope/McKoy). While that's a good bit of loss, fortunately each of those guys technically plays a different position.
At DT, we should be buoyed a bit by the return of Matt Sochovka. Lewis is a loss (and double loss now that he transferred to UTC), but Sochovka started the season as the starter. Furman also rotated Jack Barton and Trey Rodgers a good bit, so there's some depth there.
At DE, Lawrence was a starter for multiple seasons, but I think we have a good start at filling in for him with Xavier Stephens, Bryce Stanfield, and Jeremiah Jackson
At NG, we return Cam Coleman. Stokes played a lot of football for us and his snaps will have to go to someone - I assume primarily Seth Johnson.
The big question mark, is who can step is as pass rusher.
