1. Texas A&M should NOT have forfeited. They are the home of “the 12th man”. They could have - but they would not have needed to - bring in new walk-ons from the student body of 73,000 students. They could have adapted their non-infected players and played the games.
2. So good that it is Rutgers and none of the other schools mentioned. Glad they go it due to team’s academic performance. I think every bowl should be filled on the basis of a formula that includes academic performance. Of course, if that were to be the case, every player on every SEC team would automatically have straight A’s.
