Has anyone heard who will be starting at QB today?
My choice would be to start HR with Lincoln as back up and save Grainger for a red shirt year.
There are too many other areas of play that need improvement to lose a red shirt on a QB.
If there was some guarantee that a particular QB could turn the season around then I would change my mind.

Can't Grainger still play today and reshirt?
No.
I thought they could play up to 4 games and still redshirt. Is it instead a percentage of the total games?

Do you guys not post a 2-deep? I could only find one on the Furman site that was dated September 10th. As for redshirt, he can only play in 4 games (doesn't matter when the games happen). So if has only played in 3 so far, he could play today or even later in the season and still be redshirted. If he takes 1 snap in a 5th game he loses the RS. There is nothing special about today - those other guys (like Bryant) had already played in 4 games.

I wouldn't start Grainger this game unless he is going to be the permanent starter.
I wouldn't want him coming off the bench all season just to go 3-8 and lose a red shirt.
So either make the guy the starter or red shirt him.
If he started every game for the rest of this year then we could look forward to next year.

Congrats to you guys on your 1st win. WCU with 2 redzone turnovers (with one at the darn 1-yard line) comes back to bite us. WCU is going to give me a heart attack in most of these games. A top-10 kind of offense, and a Defense that is... not top-10.
