I think we do have a chance against NC State. They got easily beaten by the worst team in the SEC West. Their O is bad enough that our D may shut them down. Then we just need a few lucky plays to score a little.
FCS vs. FBS
I agree we have a CHANCE. If the D plays as they have so far, I think we hold them to 20-30 points. If the offense has a few tricks up their sleeve and executes better than we have so far this year, we can score 17-27. Bleekrode is money, so getting to their 33 should net us points. I give us a 20-25% chance for the upset and I’ll be there to do my part.

Don’t see how we can score 17-27 points on an FBS team that has given up 24 points total in two games against 2 FBS teams. They have given up a total of 126 yds rushing so it is unlikely we can run on them at all. They gave up 22 yds rushing to an SEC team last night. I mean, are you forgetting that Mike Leach coaches Miss. State?
MSU attempted 49 passes and attempted to run the ball only 12 times with a running back.
NC State may be a dominant defense, but citing the Pack's run defense numbers versus an offense that almost never runs the ball isn't compelling.
