I thought the transfer rule was already in place? This came out today.

NCAA is completely out of control. Between this and paying athletes, its the start of amateur free agency

The big boys will get stronger and the little guys will get smaller. Any kid with some talent will now xfer to a school competing for a Natty or pay more

It will be like the NBA with players basically choosing where they will play and SD dislikes the NBA. I mean if choosing between watching British gardening shows and the NBA, its a tough choice, but probably the NBA becuase of the sports ticker at the bottom of the screen
