Technical issues almost fixed. The Chatty vs UNCG game is now on WYCW Charter 709.

Actual score was 60-55. UTC came out on fire in the second half. They poured in 6 points the first 13 minutes. Still wasn’t decided until last minute. UTC had scoring droughts of 7 and 5 minutes in the second half.
Missed a great opportunity to knock them off.
Dins gotta take care of bizness and win last 3.
UNCG plays WCU 2x. Those should be 2 W. Then hope that ETSU beats them last game of year.

Still a lot of games to play but with a week to go its looking more and more like FU and WC will finish 2-3 in some order and a matchup in the semis, unless we can sneak into first. The only way we drop to 4th is to lose 2 of 3. Chattanooga likely to finish 4th, ETSU likely to finish 5th. VMI likely to finish 6th. With a week to go here are the likely matchups depending on where we finish:
2nd- likely Mercer
3rd- likely VMI
If win either of those play WC in semis.
A lot can and likely will change next week.
BTW FU has 3 games this week. WC has one(Furman).

I don’t remember making that prediction, but if I did, Chatty screwed us with terrible shot selections in the second half. Chatty probably worked with the SoCon to keep us from winning the regular season. And all I ever said was the SoCon was lazy about rescheduling games for Furman, they had to be forced just to get us the VMI game and that is the only one that got rescheduled, I never said anything about a conspiracy, just LAZY
I would not want VMI in that first game. Of course you gotta be prepared to win them all but that’s a trap game just like last year’s game with Wofford.
VMI plays pretty poor away from Lexington. Just dropped to the citadel. No easy outs this year, but if it’s them or UTC/etsu, probably lean VMI.
Also, who “forced” the Socon to reschedule the VMI game?
