Dick Sheridan to be enshrined into the College Football HOF

Just saw on ESPN bottom line he is listed as NC State coach Dick Sheridan.

Does anyone know if this is the first Furman player/coach to be inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame?

Yes but it’s not FU it’s N.C. state.

I'm sure both universities will be represented in Atlanta. It's not like he was only at Furman for a couple of years and NC State for two decades. But I guess we will see.
