Robert Morris finished second but are the number one seed due to Merrimack being ineligible. I assume they would be in line for the NIT auto but not sure.

Updated the OP to reflect which champions have won or lost. Good news all 3 champions playing tonight in their championship games won. Robert Morris, Hofstra and NDSU. Right now I think there are still 12 more one bid conferences to be decided. Currently the regular season champions are 7-3.
