I knowit is very early but thru 5 games the Paladins are a very poor hiiting team. Only 29 hits in the first 5 games and have stuck out 51 times. When you watch the Paladins play you don't even see anyone that looks like they can hit. Missing Jake Crawford who can hit hurts but the Paladins need a lot more. Hopefully some warmer weather will help but there is a long way to go. Except for Tuesday the pitching has been decent.

They rake. 6 extra base hits, 51k's, 27 hits in 5 games. Don't church is up to 29 hits. It's 27.

51 Ks is stunningly bad through 5 games. Four of the nine regulars in the lineup average over a strikeout a game ... one guy averages two. And against LaSalle, USC Upstate and Clemson's midweek pitching. Yikes.

Still too early to tell. N. KY. gave up 67 runs in 32 innings last week against Troy.

Maybe not. Seven whole hits in 15 innings so far this weekend against Fordham. Down 5-2 today after losing 5-1 Friday.
