UTC is up by 26 against Samford (84-58) with about 7 minutes to go in the second half. They had a 23 point lead in the first half that was cut to 11 at the half, but have dominated the second half.

Auburn with a 22 point win against Georgia.
Alabama kept it close but lost at Kentucky by 9.

UTC definitely improved. As is VMI.

Last year, VMI lost at ETSU by 3 points. They are winless in conference and underdogs in all of their remaining games save for 2. So I'm not sure that I'm seeing a ton of improvement.

Having said that, their freshman Evee is phenomenal . . . should he choose to enter the transfer portal, I'd love to see him in purple, though I'm guessing he'd wind up at a major conference program.

Clemson finally did it at North Carolina. Won in OT to improve to 1-59 all-time in Chapel Hill.

Hate that. 2 really bad teams. RW lost that game for UNC by not fouling at the end. The sad thing is as bad as UNC is this year they will still make the tournament if they can just finish above .500 beacause of who they are and not because of what they are.

Not sure why Clemson fans are celebrating this win so much. They just locked in Brad Brownell for another 3 years.

At least they won’t be looking to snag CBR from us anytime soon :D

Give Brownell a few more years on that contract after tonight and STAY AWAY from our guy CBR!!!
Speaking of that, I hve never seen so much parody this year. In years past there has always been a few really great teams but not this year. There is absolutely no team that are odds on favorites to even get to the final 4.

Parity. What's going on in basketball is parity. What's going on in Washington is parody.

Parity is how Alabama & USF got by Furman this year! Hopefully parity WILL help us a lot more later this season than it has helped us so far! Hopefully parity will be on our side in the SoCon Tournament and in the NCAA Tournament.

GoPaladins.com is the latest iteration of The Unofficial Furman Football Page. Launched in August of 1996, The UFFP welcomes fans of all FCS football teams - and fans of the more inferior sports, too - for discussion, cameraderie, and even the occasional smack talk.

For example, Furman has nearly twice as many Southern Conference football championships as the next best SoCon member, and over three times as many as The Citadel....which is why they must carry our luggage
