It was hard to be impressed by either team. Hoover and Murphy went a combined 2 for 23. The game was theirs for the taking.
You can bet that ET won't shoot 38% against FU, nor 20% from 3. Woffords starting 5 scored a total of 17 points. One of their subs outscored the entire starting 5 18-17.

Still about 515 tickets left for Saturday not counting the student section, so right now about 1700 for Saturday. The ticket office has been closed for 2 days so hoping sales will pick up Thursday and Friday. I suspect ETSU will bring a few.
FYI- Furman up 2 spots to #73 in the latest kenpom. ETSU down 4 to 70 and UNCG down 5 to 83.

UNCG was up 18 at the half and Mercer cut it to 4 in the second half but hung on and wo by 9. Citadel led most of he game and was up 13 with 8 minutes to play then scored 3 points the rest of the way and Samford made a free throw with 3 seconds left and won by one point. Sammy scored the last 10 points.
