Very nervous. Corey Watkins and Parker Stokes both out for the game. Coach Quarles on the pregame said they need to run the ball. Could be a recipe for disaster. Darren Grainger will start at QB. Plan to play both QB's but I think that is subject to change.

I don't understand why any school makes a large bid to host a game on Thanksgiving weekend. AP will lose money on this game. Someone on their fan forum said FCS football is a money pit. I believe that.

I believe that FB loses money for Furman. I believe there are intangible benefits to the school overall. Some questions are:
1. How much money does FB cost, net?
2. What are the intangible benefits to the school overall, and are those intangible benefits valuable enough to justify the net cost?
3. To what extent does FB support, or indirectly bring in support for, other sports at Furman?
