The Champions Grove Beer Garden is located inside the stadium at the tent near the football field house. Fans with tickets on the West Side of Paladin Stadium can purchase beer and wine between kickoff and the end of the third quarter, following the Paladin Club Reception. Alcohol sales are limited to this space and cannot be brought into the stadium seating areas. Patrons under 21 need to be accompanied by a parent.

I think that if you are under age you have to be with an adult to be in the tent area. It doesn't mean they will sell alcohol to them, at least that is they way I read it.
