Now that we’re in the top 10, how long can we stay there, and how high in the top 10 can we move?
Now that we’re in the top 10, what can we do now with being at the level that we’ve worked and wanted for so long and so hard to get to again?
Each game is huge now, each game one at a time, both for us and for our opponents.
Still, if we slip up, let’s get back up as soon as possible. Let’s not go back to where we have been for about the last decade or longer.

From Shakespeare's Soothsayer: Beware November 9.

You never know how the cards are going to fall. But there is a Joker in every deck - and I'm not talking about Joaquin Phoenix. This year VMI may wear the Fool's cap.

Regarding NDSU, if you want to be the best you gotta to beat the best. So if getting a seed means our 2nd game is in Fargo, so be it.

I'm more than happy for that to be the way things go, however if we win out we should be higher than the 8th seed which means we probably won't have to face that. Although a 2nd @JMU game could be in the cards....
Perfect scenario (FU wins out and teams above us lose a game or two) I can see FU as a 4th or 5th seed. Sure helps the playoff path. Like you said, if we gotta go to Fargo we will. A lesser FU team went up there a few years back and had them nervous until the 3rd quarter. I prefer the east coast path running through JMU. If nothing else for the fans ability to make the trip.

GoPaladins.com is the latest iteration of The Unofficial Furman Football Page. Launched in August of 1996, The UFFP welcomes fans of all FCS football teams - and fans of the more inferior sports, too - for discussion, cameraderie, and even the occasional smack talk.

For example, Furman has nearly twice as many Southern Conference football championships as the next best SoCon member, and over three times as many as The Citadel....which is why they must carry our luggage
