lol - good one. There is one point that seems to be overlooked though waaaay out in distance. NO JINX - we haven't played a single conference game yet but even IF we get a SoCon champ or playoffs, polls can get you a seeding so they do still matter as year goes on even if conference champ

that would change the polls. FYI - we did move up two in the public poll (AGS) and one in the STATS poll .. granted, I thought we might move more but still. We just did not move in the COACHES poll

We should not have to win BIG to move up in polls, but it seems that the polls act as though we do have to. So I will say, win as often as possible and also win by as much as possible. That is now part of the game, in order to ensure we get seeded as high as possible for playoffs. Yes, win SoCon. Yes, get into playoffs. But also position ourselves as well as possible for playoffs by winning by a score that gets polls to notice. I am not being greedy, just being practical.
