SoCon “Top job” list - we can do better

A. I can’t wait for another basketball season. Energy is high, talent is there and think it can be a special year.

B. The list below makes me infuriated. Take a look did yourself about what is holding is back (hint: current arena). We have a hell of a coach, getting talent left and right, and a fan base more energized about basketball in near and long term history. Current facility is clearly used against us in recruiting and has quickly become one of the only tools schools can use against us. Time to stand up, make ourselves heard, partner with the new AD (who is all about fundraising) and get a real campaign/plan in place for new arena.

The team and staff deserve this. Furman basketball can be special - let’s push it forward.

That's the way I heard him as well. Feel like there's plenty of land around Timmons. Hope they can make something happen sooner rather than later.

As long as "Admissions Requirements" is always #10, I agree we can improve on the rest.
