But I would like to have an NIT bid wrapped up before Asheville tourney to fall back on as a last resort (not only that but get a high seed for potential NIT home game), with 2 wins this week that would hopefully be the case

Yes true, but those loses have already been redeemed this year, I was speaking specifically to the only 3 teams we have played this year and not beaten 'yet'
