I have also heard that our early enrolled players look very good.
CCH, "time to get bigger, faster, stronger!"
Hope this becomes an every year practice and we use as many openings as we can. Early enrollment has so many benefits for the program and new players

Jumper gonna need to do some work in the weight room. Not obsessed with size like some are but at 6-4 and 240 gotta be a little concerned about his ability to anchor in pass pro. On the move he’s probably terrific but he won’t always be on the move.
No doubt. Hendrix often talks about "good weight."

Caleb Auer is a good comp, perhaps. Auer was a 6'3 240 TE in high school and is currently listed at 6'3 266. Auer was listed at 6'3 243 as a redshirt freshman upon first being moved to offensive line and then at 266 by his sophomore season. So, that's 20+ pounds in one year.

Jumper is a little taller than Auer, is already an offensive lineman (Auer was not), and will have a full offseason of S&C. It's not inconceivable that this time next year he'll be up in that range.

About Us

GoPaladins.com is the latest iteration of The Unofficial Furman Football Page. Launched in August of 1996, The UFFP welcomes fans of all FCS football teams - and fans of the more inferior sports, too - for discussion, cameraderie, and even the occasional smack talk.

For example, Furman has nearly twice as many Southern Conference football championships as the next best SoCon member, and over three times as many as The Citadel....which is why they must carry our luggage
