Good to see, but..........
I think the fact that college gameday could not even mention our game yesterday is a prime example that this season will be more of the same old power conference bull crap, I mean heck they even did picks for the oscars and a NBA game, what a total joke, big conferences have way to much clout in today's ncaa world.

They talked about Zion and Duke/Syracuse for 30 minutes and the rest was just BS. The Duke /Syracuse game was meaningless. Both teams are already in the tourney and Duke will be a #1 seed regardless so that game meant nothing.

Good for Wofford and good for FU. About as good as we could hope for regarding the NET ratings. Wofford will be a fine Socon rep in the NCAAs and I hope FU makes it as well. Got to win the rest and on to Asheville!

A 6 game streak? Hmm...That would get us Furman’s second win in NCAA tourney. I like it!

FWIW "Blogging the Bracket" just listed Furman as first four out NCAA but No 1 seed NIT after the Woffy loss.

Lunardi who is the NCAA's puppet has never even had FU on the bubble. Yet last night he is talking about 6th place Butler who is now 15-12 and 6-8 in the Big East as likely in even though they will likely have 14-15 losses at the end.

Nothing is for certain because it's still the SoCon and the league has never had an at-large, but I think Wofford is safely in the NCAAs unless it loses the last two regular season games and gets bounced in quarters. So if the Terriers are safely in, I'm sure the league office is cheering hard (silently) for someone else to win in Asheville, with UNCG, Furman and ETSU probably all in the 10-12 window if they won the league. Wofford might sneak into the 8 line if it wins it all, or maybe they go to Dayton as a 12 seed if it slips up along the way.

Wofford #24 in AP. Glad to see it. I hope they are in the Top 20 when we beat them in the SoCon finals.

I think the odds are that we will still finish 4th. ETSU has virtually completed their schedule with only a sure at home win against WCU left. On the other hand FU has 2 losable road contests left.

Didn't realize that all of our losses except Sammy are quadrant one losses. The Sammy loss is a quadrant 4 loss which is the worse. No doubt that loss was a big negative.
