Its very possible that with wins vs. VMI and vs. Wofford we could move into the 30's range, that would be outstanding!
Don’t be shocked if we drop a spot or two after beating VMI. That what happened to Woffy.
Wofford was favored by 20-24 points over VMI and won by 11, that's why they dropped.

The scoring margin is capped at 10 points, so the 11 point margin win did not hurt them.

While scoring margin is capped, offensive and defensive efficiency ratings aren't and this acts as a backdoor to including margin. Those two efficiency ratings will normally be better when a team runs up a big margin of victory.

Down 2 spots to #44 this morning prolly because of last night's LSU and Villanova losses. Clempson stayed at #43. Lipscomb fell 8 spots after their bad loss behind us at #46.

GoPaladins.com is the latest iteration of The Unofficial Furman Football Page. Launched in August of 1996, The UFFP welcomes fans of all FCS football teams - and fans of the more inferior sports, too - for discussion, cameraderie, and even the occasional smack talk.

For example, Furman has nearly twice as many Southern Conference football championships as the next best SoCon member, and over three times as many as The Citadel....which is why they must carry our luggage
