VMI puts up 84 against Wofford in a 95-84 loss. Nothing can be taken for granted. It's going to take our "A" game and an "A" crowd.

Definitely can't take them lightly but the game at WC was over at halftime, WC was up 25. They played a lot of their bench players in the second half. VMI scored 56 in the 2nd half. (56-42). They can score so the defense can't take the day off or relax.

Most likely we will finish 3 or 4 with Wofford 1 and UNCG 2. I am not sure who we would rather play in semis-Wofford or UNCG. Too hard to tell and most likely will have to beat both to win it all.

I am pulling for Wofford to beat UNCG tomorrow night because I would like to knock off an undefeated Wofford team next Saturday night.

How much fun is Asheville going to be?!! It's actually crazy to think that at least 2 of Wofford, UNCG, Furman and ETSU will be sitting at home Monday night after the thrilling regular season that each has put together. And can any of the league's other teams pull an upset or two?

ETSU hates UNCG and will be coming out for the revenge game in Greensboro. Wouldn't be surprised if Wofford takes them out Saturday. 2 seed would be nice to ensure we play one of the bottom of the pack teams Saturday in Asheville.

I think Sammy is the most likely to pull an upset in the tourney and if we finish 4th that is who we will likely play the first game as I think they end up 5th. Looking more and more like that Sammy loss is going to come back to haunt us as we thought. We still have to go to Sammy too.

If we get sellouts on these last 2 home games we will be 1900+ average on the season, so nearly 2000 per game average is a really good increase for us!

Yep but I still betcha the end zone seats will be mostly empty and there will be plenty of seats in the student section. . BTW where was the band last night???????? A huge game and no band? Only at Furman. If it's a matter of money I am sure many of us would kick in a few bucks to get them there.

Any idea how this year's average compares with that of previous years? I've gotta think this year is blowing the doors off those of previous years ... at least going back to the glory days.
