Without starting Samford QB I predict this will be ugly. I cannot imagine a redshirt freshman with very little college experience starting against NDSU.

So far through two series Samford QB has looked like a deer in headlights. Sammy D has looked good.

Largely embarrassing for Samford. Certainly NDSU aid very good!

Watched some. Couldn't watch anymore. Samford was pathetic.

Hiers played in second half and Samford should have scored on last play of game which would have made final 27-16. Instead it was 27-9.

NDSU was the better team but if Hiers had played whole game Samford might have won.

Was not a very fun game to watch.

So the Sammy starting qb starts the second half and plays the whole second half so why didn’t he start the game? Final was 27-9. Game ended with Sammy on the NDSU 5. NDSU did not look as strong as usual. What does this say about SE la? They gave up 37 points to Sammys frosh qb. led team.

NDSU is definitely elite in FCS. They had 15 guys on NFL rosters to start 2022. A lot of FBS teams would be happy to claim that. A good player knows going to NDSU gives him as good a chance at the NFL as say a Kansas or Colorado.
